The beneficial properties of its ingredients
Contains:
The natural beeswax creates a protective film on the skin, which effectively protects it against external infectious agents – while allowing it to “breathe” at the same time. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties while at the same time enhancing hydration, “keeping” the natural moisture trapped inside the skin.
Carrot oil: it is particularly rich in Beta-Carotene, antioxidants, vitamins A, B, C, D & E, as well as fatty acids (mainly Petroselinic Acid). For this reason, Carrot Oil is considered one of the top oils for skin care. It hydrates, nourishes and at the same time decisively contributes to the healing and regeneration of damaged and “aged” skin.
Coconut Oil: contains vitamins A, B, E and minerals, such as phosphorus, magnesium, calcium and iron. Rich in Lauric acid makes it antiviral and antibacterial. It protects from solar radiation and helps to accelerate the tanning of the skin.
Sesame oil: it is rich in phospholipids, vitamin E and lecithin, substances that rejuvenate and moisturize the skin. Its effectiveness as a sunscreen against UVB radiation has recently been discovered.
Extra virgin organic olive oil: it is rich in antioxidants (hydroxytyrosol) that have antiseptic and antibiotic properties. It is also rich in vitamin E, polyphenols, and chlorophyll. In addition, it contains high percentages of vitamin K, sodium and potassium which are beneficial substances for the skin.
It also contains:
Vitamin E: has strong antioxidant properties. Vitamin E promotes the production of red blood cells in the skin, as a result of which the rest of the vitamins are absorbed more effectively. Vitamin E is considered to significantly improve the elasticity of the skin and to contribute to the treatment of premature aging.
Aloe Vera extract: this is one of the most beneficial extracts that exist, as it is particularly rich in vitamins A (beta-carotene and retinol), B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B6 (pyridoxine), B12 (cyanocobalamin), C (ascorbic acid), E (tocopherol) and folic acid. Aloe extract has regenerative and soothing properties and nourishes the skin with its valuable ingredients. It has a strong detoxifying effect (detoxifying agent) and is known to contribute to the removal of dead cells from the skin and to the cleaning of pores. Aloe extract is particularly nourishing for the skin as – in addition to vitamins – it contains countless trace elements. The “feeling of freshness” offered by the extract is due to the presence of salicylic acid, which has an anti-inflammatory effect.
Shea Butter: Its high content of vegetable fats gives Shea Butter amazing moisturizing properties. Its use increases the skin’s elasticity and helps maintain natural moisture. Shea Butter is particularly rich in phenolic compounds, which we know have a strong antioxidant effect.
Of the 10 phenolic substances that Shea Butter contains, 7 are catechins which are also found in Green Tea. Catechins are considered to increase the skin’s defense against external conditions such as pollution and solar radiation, while simultaneously acting as anti-aging agents as they fight free radicals. Shea Butter contains vitamins E and A, which have an antimicrobial effect and are valuable allies of the skin in dealing with irritations.
